Supply chain partner hub
Working with Worley
We’re on a journey to deliver sustainable change for our business, our customers, and the communities in which we operate – and we can’t do it alone. Strong relationships with suppliers that share our values and environment, social, and governance (ESG) commitments, including a commitment to diversity and Indigenous partnerships, are essential to achieving our goals.
Our values underpin who we are and everything we do, including how we engage with our suppliers and partners. They guide the way we deliver projects, build inclusive and respectful relationships, and drive performance. When our values align, we achieve stronger outcomes together.
Expectations of suppliers
We maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethics, conducting business in an open, honest, and ethical manner in line with our Code of Conduct, Supply Chain Code of Conduct, and policies.
Our Supply Chain Code of Conduct outlines our expectations of suppliers, including that they act to identify and mitigate risks of bribery and corruption and/or human rights impacts including modern slavery.
We expect our suppliers, contractors, and business partners to meet or exceed the requirements set out in the Supply Chain Code of Conduct, as applicable to the nature of services being provided. We are committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and we expect our partners to align with these goals by focusing on what is material to our business.
Human rights and modern slavery
Our commitment to human rights encompasses our people, those we partner with, our suppliers, and the communities in which we operate. We support the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights, including the International Bill of Human Rights and core conventions of the International Labour Office (ILO). Our business practices are guided by the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
As signatories to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and active members of Building Responsibly, we adhere to a voluntary set of principles that demonstrate our commitment to respecting human rights and prioritizing the safety, wellbeing, and welfare of people.
Grievance
We prioritize safety, honesty, and ethical conduct, working closely with our people, partners, and communities to uphold our standards. Any potential or actual breach of our Supply Chain Code of Conduct, Code of Conduct, or Modern Slavery Policy should be reported to our Ethics Helpline, hosted by a third-party provider. Reports can be made confidentially, and anonymously if you choose, by phone or online.
If you have any questions or need guidance regarding our Codes of Conduct, please email [email protected] or see the Frequently Asked Questions.
Our policies
We expect our suppliers to be aware of, and aligned with, our key policies. This includes our Supplier Code of Conduct, Human Rights and Modern Slavery policies. We expect all potential suppliers and partners to review these documents by visiting our corporate governance site.

Our global procurement scope
To support our diverse global projects, we engage suppliers and subcontractors who demonstrate strong capability, integrity, and a commitment to safe delivery. Our sourcing approach is built on fair competition, transparency, and long‑term collaboration across the goods and services outlined below.
Our civil and structural procurement scope supports the full lifecycle of built assets across energy, chemicals, resources, and infrastructure projects, from early works through permanent facilities. Typical packages include, but not limited to earthworks and ground improvement, piling and foundations, concrete and reinforcement, structural steel (including modular and preassembled systems), buildings, temporary works, and site-wide civil infrastructure.
We source both locally and globally, working with partners who can safely execute to specification, address constructability and schedule demands, and support long-term asset performance and integrity.
Our piping procurement scope covers engineered piping systems and associated commodities that enable the safe and reliable movement of fluids and gases across industrial facilities in sectors such as energy, chemicals, hydrogen, and mining. This includes, but not limited to, pipe, fittings, flanges, valves, gaskets, supports, specialty items, and fabricated spools, covering carbon steel, alloys, corrosion-resistant and lined systems as required by service conditions.
We support bulk supply, shop fabrication, site fabrication, and module ready assemblies, sourcing globally and coordinating logistics and materials management to align with project execution and construction strategies. Where required, this scope also extends to onshore and offshore pipeline packages, including linepipe and associated pipeline components.
Our mechanical procurement scope spans engineered equipment and packages that support safe and efficient operations across sectors such as energy, LNG, chemicals, and mining. Typical categories include, but are not limited to, rotating and static equipment, packaged units, Licensor units, pumps, compressors, drives, mechanical handling systems, skids, and associated spares and special tools for commissioning and operations.
For critical equipment, we apply disciplined supplier engagement, quality surveillance, and expediting to support schedule certainty, compliance, and long-term reliability in alignment with project risk profiles.
Our instrumentation and control systems procurement scope supports measurement, automation, and real-time operational control across complex greenfield and brownfield assets. This includes, but not limited to, field instruments, analyzers, control valves, PLC, DCS and SCADA platforms, panels, telemetry, and associated system integration components, with cybersecurity-aligned requirements applied where relevant.
We work with a broad, vendor neutral supply base to deliver fit for purpose solutions that support dependable performance, data visibility, efficient commissioning, and lifecycle support across energy, process industries, and infrastructure assets.
Our electrical procurement scope supports the safe and reliable distribution and utilization of power across complex assets in energy, chemicals, resources, infrastructure, and emerging markets. Typical packages include, but are not limited to, substations, transformers, HV/MV/LV switchgear and switchboards, motor control centers (MCC) and drives, UPS and DC systems, generators and auxiliary power, protection and metering, grounding and lightning protection, and bulk electrical commodities such as cables, terminations, glands, conduits, cable trays, and supports. Bulk electrical requirements are commonly driven by the project cable schedule and drawing-based BOMs as engineering progresses to IFC.
Our services procurement scope supports project delivery and asset outcomes from early works through construction, commissioning, and sustaining operations. This includes construction and specialty trade services, pipeline installation and construction support, OEM and service engineer support, inspection and quality services, calibration, site services, and logistics and transportation solutions, including freight planning, route surveys, heavy haulage, and delivery coordination.
We apply consistent contracting, governance, and performance management practices to support safe execution, managed risk, and predictable outcomes aligned with project schedules and site constraints.
Our indirect procurement scope covers the goods and services that enable Worley’s projects and operations beyond direct engineered equipment and bulk materials. This includes construction-related indirects, facilities and workplace services, IT hardware and software, digital and data services, and professional and business support services.
We focus on scalable sourcing strategies, clear specifications, robust governance, and transparent supplier engagement to deliver consistent, cost effective, and reliable outcomes across our global operations.
