Manage your shareholding
Existing investors can access information on their holding through the Investor Centre, a secure online facility hosted by the registry, Computershare. Investors can view details of your holding, update personal information or communication preferences, change dividend payment instructions and download historical statements or correspondence.

Worley was founded in 1971 by John Grill who remains or current Chairman today.
Worley listed on the Australian Securities Exchange on 28 November 2002 as Worley Parsons Limited and today has a market capitalization of over $7 billion.
In April 2019, Worley acquired the Energy Chemicals and Resources division of Jacobs Engineering Group for US$3.2 billion with the newly merged business transforming the company into a leading provider of professional project and asset services employing 57,600 people at the time. Following completion of this transaction Worley Parsons was renamed Worley Limited.
We began our journey as a small engineering consultancy in Australia, laying the foundations for what would see us become a global leader in engineering solutions today employing more than 46,000 people in over 44 countries.

Receiving shareholder communication
Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and will help us with our commitment to minimizing paper usage. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to make the switch to paperless communications and provide us with your email address. To make the change, log in to our registry investor centre and follow the prompts.
You can choose how you’d like to receive certain documents including annual reports and documents related to shareholders’ meetings (e.g. notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) as follows:
- You can select to receive our documents in physical or electronic form.
- You can make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form.
- You can tell us if you don’t want to receive a hard copy of our Annual Report. Of course, you will always be able to access and read our Annual Report when it is published on our website and the ASX platform.
