Big ideas start here
This is just the beginning. Open the door to a world of opportunities to learn, grow and collaborate. We’ll help you turn your curiosity into a meaningful career.
About the Internship Program
Our Internship Program (known as a Co-op Program if you’re located in Canada) is a paid opportunity for students in their penultimate year of undergraduate or postgraduate study. It runs from six weeks to six months or more, depending on your region.
You’ll gain hands on experience, explore career pathways and work alongside industry professionals on real-world challenges. We’ll support your development with career coaching and skills training to help shape your future.
From day one, you’ll have:
- a buddy to help you settle in
- a mentor to guide your experience
- access to networking events, site visits and professional development.
You’ll also join a global community of interns and graduates, building your network and discovering opportunities in a workplace where you’re valued, included and empowered to thrive.
And it doesn’t stop there. Many of our interns return as graduates, launching their careers with confidence.
We welcome undergraduate and postgraduate students in engineering, project management, design, science, sustainability or related fields. You must be enrolled at a recognized institution, have started a bachelor’s degree and be returning to study after your placement.
You must have the right to work in the country where you’re applying. Eligibility requirements may vary by country, so we recommend reviewing the local job posting or speaking with your university’s career services.
To apply, complete the internship application that matches your interests. Some locations may request extra documents, such as academic transcripts. Check the local job posting or speak with your university’s career services for more details.
If shortlisted, you may go through a phone screen, interview (in person or virtual) and potentially an assessment center before receiving an offer.
I love that I’m learning by doing. It makes the work feel real and relevant. Worley gives me the structure to learn and the freedom to explore. It’s a place where you feel part of something meaningful.
