Our framework for safety, health and wellbeing at work
Our comprehensive safety, health, and wellbeing management system applies throughout our business. The system is aligned with ISO 45001:2018 Occupational health and safety.
We conduct third party audits to check how well our systems are working and to track our performance.

Our contractors are expected to share our commitment to safety, health and wellbeing.
Inclusion
In FY2025 we improved the proportion of women senior leaders, through an increased focus on leadership accountability, use of data to oversee progress and decisions, and building the capability of decision makers.

Human rights and modern slavery prevention
Our business and human rights in practice framework translates the UN Guiding Principles into action and guides our program of work.
Worley has been on a journey for some years and is committed to continuous improvement in respecting human rights and managing the risk of modern slavery. Our focus is to continue to mature our approach to the due diligence process to strengthen and safeguard against human rights abuses, including modern slavery.
