Stronger together: Our approach to Indigenous partnerships

‘Stronger together’ is a core value at Worley. Our Indigenous Partnership Strategy focuses on building meaningful, respectful, and mutually beneficial relationships with Indigenous communities wherever we operate.

By engaging early and listening to local priorities, we create opportunities to deliver inclusive project outcomes that recognize Indigenous Traditional knowledge and their deep connections to the land and water. This approach helps foster strong and long-lasting trust between all participants.

We see collaborative partnerships as essential to delivering long-term social, economic, and environmental benefits for people, land, and water.

Our Indigenous business relations

To verify our commitments, we’re members of the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business and are proud to hold Procurement Champion status and be accredited under the PAIR program.

Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB)

Through our membership, Worley aims to foster capacity building, market access and inclusive partnerships with Indigenous businesses. As procurement champions, Worley is working to increase procurement spend with Indigenous‑owned businesses, support Indigenous supplier development, and build capacity for inclusive supply chains across our Canadian operations.

Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR)

PAIR is a third-party verified corporate social responsibility program that supports progressive improvement in Indigenous relations, and a certification program that confirms corporate performance in Indigenous relations at the Bronze, Silver or Gold-level.
