Vikki Pink of Worley.

Vikki joined Worley in June 2019 and was appointed Chief People Officer in February 2020. She leads a future-ready people strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, ensuring the workforce is positioned for long-term growth and competitive advantage.

Vikki oversees talent and skill management, leadership capability, organizational design, digital initiatives and cultural transformation – driven by data‑informed insights. Her leadership is grounded in deep expertise across complex transformation, large‑scale mergers and acquisitions, human capital strategy, performance, organizational effectiveness, and risk.

Vikki has held leadership roles across global businesses in diverse sectors and has lived and worked in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Prior to joining Worley, Vikki was President of People and Organisation at Wood, Head of Human Resources at PGG Wrightson, and Principal Consultant in Organisational Development at Sheffield.

Vikki is co-chair of the Worley Human Rights, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Canterbury and a Master of Management from Massey University.
