Our Climate Change Position Statement sets out our response to climate change.

Our net zero journey is well underway and we’ve reduced our Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 14 percent over the past year, and by 64 percent since our baseline year. We’ve continued our focus on energy efficiency and procuring renewable energy. This has allowed us to start decoupling our emissions from our energy usage.

Over the next few years we’re focusing on decarbonizing the more challenging elements of our business, such as our vehicle fleet.

In support of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, we’ve outlined a plan to support biodiversity and nature positivity.

This considers activities where we have a material impact on nature and includes our commitment to phase out the provisioning of single-use plastics in our offices. It covers both our own operations and how we deliver work for our customers.

Our people are at the center of what we do.

We’re embedding psychosocial factors into our existing health and safety framework, and we align with ISO 45003 psychological health and safety at work standard.

We act on sexual harassment. Guided by the Australian Respect@Work framework, we focus on preventing and responding to sexual harassment and harmful behaviors.

Labor, employment, inflation and skills shortages continue to impact our sectors. We remain focused on attracting the right people and providing the right experience.

We’re continuing to focus on gender diversity and are making progress toward our FY2025 targets.

We also remain focused on progressing cultural diversity and reconciliation in the countries where we operate.

We’ve introduced a dedicated program of work on human rights, set up an Executive Human Rights and Diversity & Inclusion Committee and developed a business and human rights framework, which translates the UN principles into action.

With our global presence we strive to build stakeholder trust and social license across the communities we operate in. We do this through:

Our sustainability governance framework helps us provide strong governance over sustainability-related matters.

Our Code of Conduct reinforces our zero-tolerance to bribery, fraud, corruption, modern slavery and sexual harassment. It outlines our data privacy obligations and how to identify and report ethical issues.

We’ve also updated our Supply Chain Code of Conduct to cover a range of sustainability-related topics and expect the same standard from our suppliers that we apply to ourselves.

We protect our data and our customers’ data.

Our Information Security and Cyber Risk Management strategy drives our approach to data security risk.

Our commitment to transparency and global compliance is a key part of our focus on sustainability. In our tax reporting, we outline our tax activities and our tax contributions across the globe.
