Dominic Tristram, Solution Lead Consultant, is part of our global consulting team based in Bristol. His focus is on digitally enabling our People so they can work more efficiently and focus on higher value tasks of a project.

Dominic is leading efforts to globally standardize and centralize environmental data management, ensuring that our customers’ data is collected, organized and utilized with greater consistency and effectiveness. By consolidating data and integrating with dashboards, business intelligence and geospatial platforms, we’re empowering teams to transform fragmented data into prompt, actionable insights.

Dominic joined Worley in 2012 as a contaminated land specialist. Since then, his career has evolved alongside the business. He’s worked across the UK and internationally on complex projects, building a practical understanding of how data, process and people intersect.
With support from Worley, Dominic completed his MBA – an experience that helped shape his transition into a global digital enablement role. Today, he focuses on driving consistency across regions, helping teams work smarter using digital solutions.

Looking ahead
Dominic sees AI and automation reshaping consulting over the next decade. As routine tasks become automated, consultants will spend more time interpreting data, solving increasingly complex problems and helping our customers navigate changing landscapes.
That shift also creates an opportunity for us in providing customers with product advice and implementation support as they research and adopt new technologies in the market.
