Worley names five global delivery centers for major projects and programs

Worley’s largest and most complex projects will be led out of regional hubs in Calgary, Houston, Santiago, London and Perth.

Worley has designated locations in Calgary, Houston, Santiago, London and Perth as major project delivery centers. Based within established offices, located in key customer and project markets and providing a network for global coverage, the centers will provide a clear leadership base for major projects from pursuit through execution.

Worley’s strength comes from our ability to combine deep local delivery expertise with global scale. Our major project delivery centers will bring those capabilities together as each project requires, putting the best team in place to support coordinated delivery anywhere in the world.

The centers will oversee commercial performance and execution, drawing on Worley’s 40,000+ employees in over 40 countries for the technical and field expertise each project needs. Additionally, Global Integrated Delivery hubs in India and Colombia will provide scalable support to the projects, keeping work moving across time zones.

Worley’s major project delivery centers will operate as an integrated network drawing on its worldwide EPC capabilities, resources, and global sourcing of materials and equipment. Common systems and standards across the centers, GID hubs and project sites will give customers clear accountability for safety, cost, schedule, scope, quality and risk. Increasing use of AI and digital tools will inform decisions, reduce risk and improve certainty at each stage.

The centers will further advance Worley’s strategy to scale Full Project Delivery in growing markets including complex critical infrastructure, data centers and energy transition materials.
