Mark Brantley
Group President, Global Operations
Mark was appointed Group President of Worley’s Global Operations effective 1 July 2025. Mark will unify our EMEA, APAC and Americas regions, strengthening full project implementation to support growth across all sectors and scopes, including consultancy and Technology Solutions. Mark’s portfolio will cover all Worley operations’ globally excluding Major Projects and Programs.
Mark previously led Worley’s EMEA and APAC regions and before this role, was President of Worley’s Europe, the Middle East and Africa region. The first half of his career was focused in Field Services and held multiple leadership positions during this time. He takes pride investing in leadership, mentoring, earning the respect of employees and clients. Focusing on establishing clear expectations, holding himself and others accountable. He is extremely driven for continued growth in himself, others around him and in the business he manages. His continued advancement in his career has been the result of inspirational leadership, business acumen, adaptability, intuition, effective communication, team inspiration and consistently delivering on his business goals.
He is the executive sponsor for Women of Worley and advocates for equality, inclusion, and diversity.
