Kristen Bruner was appointed Chief People Officer in April 2026.
Kristen brings deep global experience leading people and culture in complex, multinational organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Huron Consulting Group and W.L. Gore & Associates, and prior to that spent 18 years at Boeing.
Across these organizations, Kristen partnered closely with CEOs and boards, led large scale transformation, strengthened leadership pipelines, and supported the development of high performance, values driven cultures in global, engineering and services led environments.
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California San Diego, a professional certification in human resources from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and an Executive MBA and Master of Science in organizational development from Pepperdine University.
